2007 Microsoft Office Test Drive

Microsoft Office Test Drive Plug-in Failed to Load

Unfortunately your browser was not able to install the required ActiveX browser plug-in.

This could be for one of the following reasons:

  1. Your computer is running Windows XP Service Pack 2. Please click on the information bar and follow the instructions to allow the installation of the ActiveX client.
  2. When you see the security warning, you must click on Yes or Always when prompted to install the ActiveX client.
  3. During the installation of the plug-in you will encounter a pop-up window asking you to accept the Citrix Web Client license agreement, which you will need to accept to install.
  4. Your web browsers security settings may be too high to allow you to install the browser plug-in.

To change your security settings, go to the Tools menu, select Internet Options, and click on the Security tab. Next, click the Custom Level button, scroll down to find the settings for ActiveX controls and plugins, set them as shown below (making sure that the run ActiveX and controls and plug-ins is set to Enable) and click the OK button.

When complete, return to plug-in installation page to install the Citrix Web Client plug-in.
